The Clinique du Droit des Affaires.

Inspired by American law clinics, the Clinique du Droit des Affaires allows students to work on real cases and put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired during their studies.

Our mission.
Making law students work-ready.

Philippe Bruzzo and Cédric Dubucq, members of the Bar, initiated the creation of the Clinique du Droit des Affaires. Starting from the premise that legal education lacked a professional dimension, they decided to create this Clinic to add a “practical” aspect to this training resolutely focused on excellence.

Students are thus confronted with the legal reality of the business world and the difficulties inherent in entrepreneurship. This allows them to build up their legal know-how and prepares them for their future as legal professionals.

One of the main objectives of this project is, above all, social. The Clinic bridges two worlds that are too often far apart: the theory acquired at university and the practice of the professional world.

The Clinic broadens access to the law for members of the public and enables them to understand the rights and obligations inherent in their status.

Self-employed entrepreneurs, business owners, craftspeople and start-ups can thus obtain an entirely free legal opinion, the reliability of which is ensured by the expertise of the Clinique du Droit des Affaires team.
