Baptiste Daligaux
After a university education during which he received several distinctions, and experience at renowned criminal law practices, notably with a lawyer admitted to the Conseil d’État and the Cour de cassation (Avocat aux Conseils) and then at the Jean Boudot law firm, Baptiste Daligaux joined the firm as a partner to bring his command of business criminal law.
Maître Daligaux brings his rigour in criminal defence to the service of company directors, local elected officials and individuals, whether they are being prosecuted or are victims of an offence. He thus acts at every stage of criminal proceedings, from the filing of a complaint and police custody (garde à vue) to the trial hearing, including the investigation and judicial investigation phases. At each of these essential stages, he seeks to adopt an approach centred on legal technicality, anticipation, strategy and attentiveness to those he assists.
A regular speaker at universities and business schools, he also contributes to legal works and scholarly articles in specialist journals.
Top of his year in the Certificate of Criminal Practice in 2022, he was elected First Secretary of the Conférence of the Aix-en-Provence Bar in December 2025, a distinction awarded following the Bar’s advocacy competition, recognising mastery of oratory in the service of the defence.
