Éva Bernichon

After three years at PwC Paris, where she worked as a senior tax associate in the Tax & M&A department, Eva chose to return to Provence, five years after obtaining her master’s degree.

Drawing on this experience, she brings to the firm in-depth expertise in tax audits (VDD, due diligence, reviews), as well as a cross-disciplinary practice covering all tax issues, notably corporate income tax and tax consolidation, restructurings, transfer pricing and registration duties.
