Juliette d’Allende
Juliette d’Allende is currently studying for a Master II in Corporate Engineering at the Aix-en-Provence Faculty. In parallel, she is preparing the Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE) at the Institut de Droit des Affaires.
Since joining the firm as a work-study student, she has worked with Maître Virginie Cadouin and Maître David Ybert de Fontenelle in the Corporate | M&A practice, on a variety of assignments relating to company law and mergers and acquisitions.
Her resolutely international background, marked by several significant experiences at business law firms in Paris and Milan, enables her to approach cases with rigour, method and a cross-disciplinary legal vision.
