Léa Ducheix has joined Bruzzo Dubucq as a lawyer in the Corporate department.
After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in law with honours from the University of Montpellier, she joined the Master in Business Law (Innovation, Rights and Industrial Agreements track), which she completed in June 2024 as top of her year. She passed the CRFPA examination at the end of her Master 1, before continuing her training at the École des Avocats Centre Sud, where she recently obtained the CAPA.
Her background reflects a strong appetite for business and corporate law. During her Master 2 work-study placement at PwC, she gained solid experience in business law. She then confirmed this direction during her final internship in corporate M&A at Reed Smith LLP, where she worked on large-scale mergers and acquisitions, strategic fundraising and corporate governance issues.
