Lisa van der Straaten joined the firm in 2021 following her admission to the Clinique du droit des Affaires. She graduated from the Master in Business Law (“Corporate Engineering” track), finishing top of her year. Alongside her master’s degree, she obtained the Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise, strengthening her skills in strategic business advice. Having passed the CRFPA entrance examination (2023 session), she was sworn in on 12 January 2026.
Lisa practises company law, assisting clients with their M&A transactions as well as with governance and restructuring issues. Lisa also pays particular attention to pre-litigation and litigation situations arising from shareholder disputes.
