Lucile Roche holds a double bachelor’s degree in Law and in Economics and Management and is currently studying for a Master II in Corporate Engineering at the Aix-en-Provence Faculty.
In parallel, she is preparing the Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise and is co-president of the Master’s association.

Since joining the firm, she has worked alongside Maître Virginie Cadouin and Maître David Ybert de Fontenelle in the Corporate | M&A practice, on a variety of company law assignments.

Her background, marked by numerous internships at law firms, enables her to approach cases with rigour, method and precision.
