Jean Bruschi
Member of the Scientific Advisory Board
Jean Bruschi holds a doctorate in private law. Author of a thesis entitled “le devoir de réaction du contractant”, written under the supervision of Professor Nicolas Balat at Aix-Marseille University, he is pursuing an academic career. He teaches civil law and business law at the Aix-en-Provence Faculty of Law and at the Institut National des Formations Notariales (INFN).
He joins the firm as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board to contribute to the firm’s scholarly output and to bring his expertise to its advisory and litigation work.
